Annual Sailing Residential
Charlies Voyage
Each year we take 8-10 young people on a sailing residential where they make amazing memories, gain valuable life skills, and work as a close team. The trip is delivered in partnership with The Island Trust and the group can earn their RYA Start Yachting qualification.​

Guided by experienced crew and supported by TYC youth workers, this adventure opens doors to new experiences and personal growth. For some, the voyage has sparked a passion for sailing and adventure leadership, inspiring them to pursue work experience, further qualifications and careers in the field.
