TYC Wellbeing
Our group wellbeing sessions offer a safe and supportive space for young people to connect, and explore their emotions. Sessions combine open conversations around self-esteem, emotional resilience, and mental health with engaging wellbeing activities—such as art, cooking, mindfulness, and outdoor experiences—to support social connection and emotional wellbeing.

How to refer someone...
To attend the wellbeing group session a referral must be made from your education setting, GP or a self referral can be made by parents/carers. Fill out form below or email us for more information.
